TWO KINDS OF TICKET

Across Nepal, or out into the world

Within Nepal

Domestic flights

Hops to Pokhara, Bhairahawa, Biratnagar, Lukla and beyond, often the quickest way across the hills. Tell us the town and the day, and we will find the seat.

Out of Kathmandu

International tickets

Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Australia, Europe, Japan, the USA, Canada, the UK, Korea and many more: one-way, return or multi-city, with the connections worked out.

SPECIAL FARES

Group, student and labour fares

Airlines price some trips differently. Here is what each fare is for, and what is usually needed. Ask us for the exact conditions on your route.

Travelling together

Group fares

For a family, a team, a wedding party or a pilgrimage flying together. A group booked as one can often travel on a single fare and stay on the same flights. We need the number of travellers, the dates, and each passport.

Going to study

Student fares

For students heading abroad to study. Airlines usually ask for proof of study, and a student fare can come with more flexibility or baggage. We need the passport and the admission letter or student visa.

Going to work

Labour fares

For workers going abroad for employment: one-way fares made for the journey to a job, usually booked against approved papers. We need the passport and the approved work papers.

QUESTIONS

About tickets

Anything else, ask at the counter or on the phone.

01What do you need to book a ticket?

The traveller's name exactly as it is on the passport, the route and the dates. For an international ticket, the passport details too.

02Can you book for someone else?

Yes. Bring or send the traveller's passport details, and the ticket is issued in their name.

03Do I qualify for a student or labour fare?

It depends on the airline and the route. Tell us why you are travelling and we will check which fares you can use.

04What if my plans change?

Call us. Whether a ticket can be changed, and what it costs, depends on the fare; we will check it for you.
